Hi there,

Dig this:

The Boys Are Back.
(And one fabulous Dana Davis, too.) Masada Rocks brings a legendary, all-star list of Houston rockers together for one night only, Friday night at Rudyard's. Members of the legendary Zealots (Robert Woodrich, Harry O, and Danny Lee) will be back together to perform under the name Masada, along with Guilherme Fonseca. Opening the show is Houston's famed Zen Archer. Former Houstonian Dana Davis travels from Austin (Velvet Hammer) to debut her group, Darwin Prophet & the Chronus Mirror. DJ/LP in the house, Joe O. on sound, Yours truly hosting. 8 pm, people.

You Sexy Thing.
By Hot Chocolate, that is, and the BeeGees, Sabbath, Prince, Kinks, Zep, Dylan - crooned, wailed, funked up and belted out: See the Sideshow Tramps, The Literary Greats and Chase Hamblin coming together for the first ever BURNED OUT!, covering tunes you never thought you'd hear in quite this way...Or, as the Tramps put it, the H-Town way. Expect a full-on rock show grand finale.. Saturday night, Fitzgerald's.

You Sexy Thing Part Two
Pale. Pale plays Friday night at The Brewery Tap, corner of Franklin and Milam - Downtown. Palerocks.com. Go see for yourself...

You Sexy Thing, Part 3
Gorgeous, talented, sweet as pie, gracious as a queen - world famous Carolyn Wonderland brings her soul-filling voice and tasty guitar back to Dan Electro's Guitar Bar, Friday night. Vallejo opens. Duchess in the House. I'll be there late, yes...

He's a Brick. House.
The Mighty Orq (You Sexy Thing Part 4) smokes up the Shakespeare pub, Saturday night. He's a national treasure of Houston, a gifted singer, shredder of the blues, sharp dressed gentleman. Most excellent choice.
